How long will it take to get it to me?

Delivery time depends on where are you based. We ship by DHL and usually orders are fulfilled within 5-7 working days. Yet, it may take longer due to your local custom procedures.

 

How can I track my order?

We will send tracking information to the e-mail address associated with your order once the item has shipped. If you have not received your tracking information and it has been over 2 business day, please contact us at sales@prinker.net

 

Where’s my package?

We typically ship out orders same-day when placed by 12 pm (GMT+9). When we ship out your package, an automatic email will be sent to the email address that you provided when placing the order. Inside this email, you will find a clickable tracking number that will tell you exactly where your package is. If you are having trouble viewing this information, feel free to contact us.

 

Can I cancel or make changes to my order after it's been placed?

Because we ship orders the same day as we receive them, orders are not subject to changes or cancellation by Purchaser, except with Prinker Korea’s prior consent. In our discretion, we may allow some changes If your order hasn't shipped yet. So before making the decision to buy our products, you are advised to read and understand our Refund policy.

 

Is there a refund policy?

All sales are final. At Prinker Korea we do not issue refunds once the order is accomplished and the product is sent. 

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship globally using DHL Express services. The shipping fee is calculated at the checkout using your shipping address. 

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Paypal and major credit cards (powered by Paymentwall). If you encounter any problems with payments, please do not hesitate to rach ut to us at cs@prinker.net

What happens if I receive a damaged product?

Products with factory defects, missing parts or other problems are subject to Warranty policy and RMA Process. You should send the order number, item serial number and description of the issues to Prinker Korea Customer Support team at cs@prinker.net for assistance. The Customer Support Team will evaluate the case and explain the next steps.

Customs Fees and Taxes

Each country varies in customs fees and taxes and it's something we can't actually gauge. We charge only a shipping fee depending on your location and total weight of your package. Any additional fees and taxes have to be taken up with customs in your country.

 

Compliance

Our product may not be compliant with your country regulations (e.g. certification, marks etc.). When you decide to purchase and ship Prinker device or Consumable Set to your country, then it is your responsibility as an importer to be compliant with local regulations.
